                               RESOLUTION NO. 20665
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
                  GRANT FROM THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                  TRANSPORTATION IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY-FIVE
                  THOUSAND DOLLARS ($45,000.00) FOR THE
                  INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
                  INTERSECTION OF AMNICOLA HIGHWAY AND SOUTH
                  ACCESS ROAD.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a grant from the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation in the amount of $45,000.00 for the installation 
of
       a traffic signal at the intersection of Amnicola Highway (TN SR
       58) and South Access Road, No. STP-H-NHE-58(8).
